The Galax & co Ltd. company is specialized in the design and construction of systems for processing of oil-yielding agricultures, production of raw vegetable oil and biodiesel. Our specialists have designed and constructed an installation for production of raw vegetable oil at Galax Oil – Silistra and also the first Bulgarian biodiesel producing plant with a capacity of 40 000 l/d.

why biodiesel?
In 2003 the European Parliament voted the 2003/30/EO directive for encouraging and stimulating the use of bio-fuels, based on a renewable energy sources. According to this EU directive the member states have legislate the use of certain percentage bio-fuel in the transportation fuels in accordance with the specific conditions of every country. Considering the EU-membership of Bulgaria in 2007 our country will be obligated to apply the European legislation about the use of biodiesel.
